Mr. Alfredo “Freddy” Alejandro tragically passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 in Hickory Creek, Texas. His friends and family are overcome by shock and sorrow at this tragic event that has taken away such a loving, selfless husband, father, son, and brother.
Mr. Alfredo Alejandro was born on October 27, 1980 to his father, Hilario Alejandro, and his mother, Mercedes Vasquez in Dallas, Texas. Alfredo enjoyed many things that life had to offer. He enjoyed rap and alternative music as well as classic cars. Nothing pleased him more than listening to his favorite music in his three classic cars. Freddy worked as a manager in the Retail industry, but he specialized in being a carpenter and a handyman. He loved to work with his hands; often times he would pretend that he was a masterful builder, which in all reality, deep down he was truly. Alfredo “Freddy” Alejandro was a builder of relationships, hopes, and truth. Freddy gave love to all who met him, and he loved everyone more than he loved himself. He was a truly selfless person who was known for being just a phone call away if you needed help. Family and friends of Freddy knew him as a fighter, not a quitter. He was not afraid of giving straightforward, truthful answers, even if it hurt; “he told it like it was,” proclaims his family. Alfredo “Freddy” Alejandro embodied selflessness, love, and truth.
Mr. Alfredo “Freddy” Alejandro is survived in this life by his loving wife, Shalandria “Shelly” Yvett Santillan; his daughter, Jozzelyn Santillan-Alejandro; his father, Hilario Alejandro; his mother, Mercedes Vasquez; his siblings, Corenelio Alejandro, Eliazar Alejandro, Elena Alejandro, and Hilario “Larry” Alejandro, Jr.; and his many family members and friends.
The visitation for Mr. Alfredo “Freddy” Alejandro will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hughes Family Tribute Center. Mr. Alfredo Alejandro’s funeral service will follow the next day, Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Hughes Family Tribute Center with an interment service to follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
Freddy has influenced so many throughout his life with his selfless love and honesty. So many lives have been benefitted and grown because of Freddy. Those who knew Alfredo “Freddy” Alejandro will keep his selfless love, his passions, and his honesty alive through their memory of him and his impact upon his loved ones.
